  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and set aside the icing for later.
  3. In a resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Add the cut cinnamon rolls, seal, and shake until coated.
  4. In a bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter. Stir well.
  5. Layer the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with the brown sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown on top.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
  8. Mix remaining pumpkin pie spice into reserved icing and drizzle over the warm monkey bread.
