  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers (mild or hot)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown (4–5 minutes per side). Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and pepperoncini juice, scraping the pan.
  3. Stir in sliced pepperoncinis, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened (3–4 minutes).
