  • 1/4 cup oil or butter
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin-coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken pieces along with red pepper flakes, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric, cumin-coriander powder, black pepper, and salt. Cook until browned.
  3. Pour in marinara sauce and simmer. Stir in heavy cream and fenugreek leaves before turning off the heat.
  4. In a baking dish, layer sauce, uncooked lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Pour warm water around the dish edges to keep moisture during baking. Cover with foil and bake at 365°F (185°C) for 40-45 minutes.
