  • 300g wild mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, finely dice the shallot, and mince the garlic.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Drain.
  3. In a hot non-stick skillet, dry-fry the mushrooms for 6-8 minutes until moisture appears. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, sage, and chili flakes.
  4. Once the mushrooms brown, pour in balsamic vinegar and add butter. Sauté with garlic and shallot for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Toss the drained pasta with the mushroom mixture. Serve topped with torn burrata and toasted pine nuts.
